At Cakra EDC Gadgets, we stand by the quality of our premium wearable gear and everyday carry accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, protective films, and utility components are included and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
